Filmmaking Guidelines

The "Colors of Compassion International Arts Festival," supported by the UAE's MBS Company, in collaboration with various cultural and artistic sponsors, distinguished professors, and renowned artists, as well as support from the global IB Center, will be held in the fields of music, filmmaking, theater, photography, and painting.

Following the success of its inaugural event, the "Colors of Compassion International Art Festival," which received an extraordinary response from artists worldwide in March 2024 in Dubai, UAE, is now announcing the call for entries for its second edition. This year's festival aims to celebrate the highest human values, focusing on dialogue, friendship, charity, tolerance, and peace, envisioning a beautiful, violence-free world from the creative perspectives of a vibrant and imaginative generation of artists.

The blossoming and recognition of artistic talents, along with respect for thought, religion, beliefs, and honoring diverse human cultures, provides a harmonious prelude to achieving the beautiful dream of a world without hostility, resentment, and discord. A world where kindness and friendship replace war and chaos, so that the sanctity of humanity is woven with the free-spirited melody of friendship and compassion, mingling with the vibrant rainbow of cultures. In this world, people, united in empathy and solidarity, play the beautiful symphony of peace and tranquility together.

This festival is designed for students, teachers, and artistic staff in schools worldwide. Thus, interested artists are invited to obtain the festival's guidelines and submit their works to the Secretariat of the second "Colors of Compassion International Art Festival."
